Avella Beauty is a unique, eco-friendly boutique beauty studio offering sugaring, skincare, and eyelash extensions located in the heart of Phoenix, AZ. Founded by licensed esthetician and entrepreneur Kelley Chere, our studio is dedicated to providing high-quality beauty services that are both sustainable and gentle on the skin. Our experienced estheticians use only the highest quality, all-natural products to provide customized treatments that are tailored to your unique skin type and concerns. Kelley and her team of licensed estheticians work under the philosophy of “amour propre,” meaning “self-love,” to help each client find their ideal look and inner-confidence. Our Team
Our team is made up of licensed estheticians and lash artists, trained and certified in-house by founder and lead esthetician Kelley Chere.
Every specialist at Avella holds active licensure in their field and has been personally trained in our techniques, standards, and approach to skin and lash health. Because the industry evolves, so do we. Ongoing education isn’t optional here; it’s how we stay genuinely good at what we do.

What We Use and Why It Matters
Organic sugaring paste: Made from sugar, water, and lemon. No synthetic resins, no artificial additives, genuinely gentler than waxing, not just marketed that way.
Fume-free lash adhesive: Medical-grade, no harsh fumes. Safer for both clients and artists. Clients with sensitive eyes do significantly better with fume-free adhesive.
Professional skincare products: Professional-grade formulations selected for effectiveness and clean ingredients, chosen specifically for Phoenix's dry, high-UV climate.
Kelley Chere
Kelley Chere is a licensed esthetician with a passion for helping her clients look and feel their best. With over 14 years of experience in the beauty industry, Kelley has honed her skills and expertise in a variety of areas, including facials, sugaring techniques, and eyelash extensions. With her expertise and dedication to quality and personalized care, she is truly a trusted partner in your beauty journey.
Trianna Henry
Trianna is a licensed lash technician and a Phoenix Native. Her journey into the world of lashes began in the most unexpected way, modeling for Kelley. What started as a fun experience quickly turned into a deep passion for the artistry and precision behind every lash application. She received her lash certification through The Lash Academy of Arizona and is thrilled to combine her creativity and passion for helping others look and feel their best through the art of lash extensions.
